Man Sentenced for Murder

A Jefferson City man pleaded guilty to murder and robbery charges in court Wednesday.26-year-old Tracy Session pleaded guilty to second degree murder, first degree robbery and armed criminal action in Cole County Circuit Court.The judge sentenced Session to 20 years in prison.Session is charged in the death of Keith Mosely in Jefferson City in April. Police say Mosely attempted to buy drugs from Session and another man, but the drug deal went wrong.A co-defendant, 20-year-old Khiry Summers, refused a similar plea deal. In response, his attorney, Tina M. Crow Halcomb, asked to be released from representing Summers. Her request was granted.29-year-old Brandon Chase, is scheduled for trial December 18th. Chase and Summers also are charged with second-degree murder.
