Man Jailed After Stabbing

A Moberly man was in Randolph County jail Sunday night after police say he stabbed another man in the 600 block of Concannon Street.Police responded to the address Saturday morning just before 3 a.m. for a fight in progress. According to a news release, they found a man stabbed in his torso and transported the 27-year-old to University Hospital in Columbia.Guthrie faces charges of first degree assault and armed criminal action. He was being held Sunday night on $150,000 bond.
