Man Arrested for Abusing Girls

A Richland man was charged with child molestation and child abuse and neglect Friday in Pulaski County.Thomas Brigance is accused of hitting an 8 and 10-year-old girl with an open fist and then sexually assaulting them. A teacher first reported the abuse on the state’s hotline in October.Brigance was released from jail Friday after posting a $250,000 bond.
