Gas Falls Below $3 Per Gallon
Gas prices have fallen in Columbia to below three dollars a gallon.Numerous gas stations are now selling regular unleaded gas for $2.99 per gallon.According to GasBuddy.com, it is the first time since the week of December 26, 2011 that gas has fallen below three dollars.The website says the national average for gas is $3.37, while Missouri’s average is $3.10.
