Fulton Man Arrested for Meth

Randy Cook is behind bars in Callaway County for allegedly possessing meth.According to Fulton police, Cook threw three bags of meth out of his car window during a traffic stop Saturday night.Officers were originally pulling Cook over for not having his headlights on. Police told ABC 17 News along with the drugs, Cook also had a large amount of cash on him.
