Cops Search for Robbery Suspects

Columbia police are searching for two suspects in connection with an armed robbery Monday night.Police say around 11:42 p.m., a suspect attempted to rob a man in the 3000 block of Jenne Hill Drive. Cops say the victim had placed an ad on Craiglist looking for used or new electronics and that the suspect had met with him to make a deal.During the deal, the suspect showed a weapon and demanded money, but the victim refused. The suspect then fled the scene on foot before getting into a dark vehicle. Police say there were two black males in the car.Police have not made any arrests and do not have a suspect description. The victim was not injured.
