Bruce Cole Waives Extradition

Former Mamtek U.S. CEO Bruce Cole has waived extradition Wednesday while appearing in court.Cole was in a California courtroom Wednesday morning and surrendered to Gov. Jay Nixon’s warrant. Both Gov. Nixon and Gov. Jerry Brown signed paperwork for Cole to return to Missouri.Randolph County Sheriff Mark Nichols told ABC 17 News he will contact an extradition company to return Cole to Huntsville. There is no timeline on when Cole will return to the state.Cole’s initial arraignment date has also not been set yet.Cole has been charged with theft and securities fraud for the failed Mamtek factory project in Moberly. He is accused of using bond money to save his California home from foreclosure.
