Alleged Robber Pleads Not Guilty

A Columbia man pleaded not guilty to robbery charges in Boone County Circuit Court Tuesday.35-year-old Felson Barney is charged with first degree robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm. The charges stem from a June 24 home invasion at Phenora Oaks. Police also have three other suspects in the case.Barney waived a formal arraignment Tuesday and pleaded not guilty.Because of the alleged incident, Missouri’s Probation and Parole Board revoked Barney’s parole. He is currently behind bars in Fulton for an attempted first degree robbery conviction.
