Significant changes will occur over the week as our next storm system moves through Mid-Missouri. Saturday will be partly sunny with highs in the low 50s. As the storm system moves to our south and east, showers will be possible late Saturday (8-10pm) through Sunday midday. Temperatures will be falling from near 50 early Sunday into the 30s and 20s by Sunday night. Most of the moisture will clear Mid-Missouri before the arctic air arrives behind a cold front, so all rain is expected with the light showers. There may be just enough cold air by Sunday night that a few flurries are possible. Otherwise, temperatures will drop to near 20 degrees by early Monday morning with mostly sunny skies.
