12/6: More Clouds, Rain Chances

A cold front will move into the region, bringing chances for scattered showers as early as Thursday night. Slightly better chances for showers will move in Friday morning into the afternoon. Some areas may not receive any rain, while other areas may pick up a tenth or two of rainfall.Rain will move out Friday night and Saturday ahead of another storm system that will bring rain Saturday night and Sunday. Some of this moisture may fall as light snow Sunday night. Currently, accumulations are not expected in Mid-Missouri, however we will keep a close watch on this system and continue to bring you updates.
