The unseasonably warm weather will continue through Sunday and Monday. Highs on Sunday will be in the upper 60s to near 70 under mostly sunny skies and light southerly breezes. Clouds will begin to increase late Sunday as our next cold front approaches. Highs on Monday will still reach the low 70s, likely breaking or at least tying the record high of 72 in Columbia. Southerly winds will be breezy, sustained around 15 and gusting to 25 mph. The cold front will bring scattered showers and isolated storms by Monday afternoon and evening, but as of now, no strong or severe storms are expected.
