12/13: Red Flag Warning

The National Weather Service issued a Red Flag Warning for Benton County from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. Due to strong southerly winds and very low humidity, there is an increased fire risk. While the warning is only for Benton County, the elevated fire danger exists for all of Mid-Missouri through the afternoon. Outdoor burning is highly discouraged.
