10/6: Frost Advisory Issued

A Frost Advisory has been issued for counties near the Lake of the Ozarks and the I-44 corridor for early Sunday morning. Low temperatures will drop to near 32 degrees. As skies quickly clear late Saturday night and northerly winds remain light, frost will be likely across much of Mid-Missouri. The advisory will likely be extended to include the entire region and the National Weather Service may issued a Freeze Warning for western Missouri for Sunday morning.Frost will likely kill sensitive plants and vegetation if not covered or brought inside. Also, be sure to bring pets and animals indoors.
