Tigers Land Wide Receivers Coach
Pat Washington will become the Missouri Tigers new Wide Receivers Coach.A spokesman with the University tells ABC 17 that Washington and Missouri have agreed in principle to a contact. The University still has to approve of the hire. An official announcement will be made once the contract details have become finalized.Washington has spent 15 seasons in the SEC, most recently with Kentucky where he served as the Wide Receivers Coach and Passing Game Coordinator. Prior to that Washington was with Auburn, Tennessee, Mississippi State and Baylor.Washington is best known for his time coaching wide receivers at Tennessee. During 1995-2005 the Volunteers went 105-31.
