On Tuesday, the Columbia Police Department said the child who was hit and killed in a crash in northeast Columbia was from Kirksville. Kimberlynn Bartlett, 9, was walking across the street with two other people on Oakland Gravel Road when the collision happened. A visitation will be held for Bartlett from 6 to 8 p.m.
