The Boys and Girls Club of the Capital City broke ground on a new facility in Jefferson City Wednesday. Police said 50-year-old Anthony Paine forced himself into Kaldi’s Coffee off 9th Street 2 years ago before he robbed an employee with a gun. Three people were arrested over the past week for allegedly stealing farm equipment in rural Callaway County near Hatton. The equipment was later found in western Audrain County with the help of the Audrain Co.
