COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Both Benton and Randolph counties are scheduled to host mass vaccination events Wednesday.

The Benton County Health Department posted about the event on its Facebook page, advising residents to call (660) 438-2876 if they haven't yet received a call and are on the list.

The event is set to run from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Warsaw Shriners Club located on 32605 Highway MM Warsaw, Mo 65355.

According to the state's website, the Benton County event still had slots available as of Wednesday morning.

This will be the second day of the mass vaccination event in Benton. The health department said in a Facebook post it was able to vaccinate over 1,100 people Tuesday.

Randolph County is also hosting a mass vaccination event Wednesday, for those receiving their second dose.

The event is solely for those who attended the event held in Randolph on Jan. 29. The booster clinic is scheduled to take place at Rothwell Park Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Other counties across Mid-Missouri are scheduled to host mass vaccination events throughout the week.

Audrain County will host an event for those receiving their second dose Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Mexico Area Family YMCA.

Phelps County is set to host a second dose mass vaccination event Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at The Phelps County Health Department.

MU Health Care will host a mass vaccination event both Thursday and Saturday after having to reschedule due to winter weather delaying vaccine arrival.

The Linc in Jefferson City is also scheduled to host a booster event on Friday.

  1. It becomes increasingly obvious that the Medical Industrial Complex is up to no good, with wiling support from local authorities, which means they are up to no good either. These vaccines aren’t even vaccines, since they do NOT produce immunity, and even the makers don’t claim they do. Which means the claim they can induce herd immunity is a bald faced lie. They have received minimal testing for immediate safety and efficacy, and none at all for the long term. Anyone who claims they are absolutely safe is either confused, ignorant, or lying. There is zero evidence they are safe. In fact, reports of adverse effects, including deaths, are rapidly mounting. Which of course the MSM will not publish, since their largest advertisers are Pharma. It’s rare for even a dog to bite the hand that feeds them.
