Both Benton and Randolph counties are scheduled to host mass vaccination events Wednesday.

The Benton County Health Department posted about the event on its Facebook page, advising residents to call (660) 438-2876 if they haven't yet received a call and are on the list.

The event is set to run from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Warsaw Shriners Club located on 32605 Highway MM Warsaw, Mo 65355.

According to the state's website, the Benton County event still had slots available as of Wednesday morning.

This will be the second day of the mass vaccination event in Benton. The health department said in a Facebook post it was able to vaccinate over 1,100 people Tuesday.

Randolph County is also hosting a mass vaccination event Wednesday, for those receiving their second dose.

The event is solely for those who attended the event held in Randolph on Jan. 29. The booster clinic is scheduled to take place at Rothwell Park Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Other counties across Mid-Missouri are scheduled to host mass vaccination events throughout the week.
