Scott Thorburg and Nicholas Baldwin have been charged with drug trafficking according to Randolph County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie Luntsford. Thorburg is from Waterloo Illinois and Baldwin is from Collinsville Illinois. They each have a $1 million cash only bond.
