A 25-year-old man drowned Saturday morning while fishing at the Lake of the Ozarks. The Highway Patrol said family of Connor Mohr, of Overland Park, Kansas, reported him missing after he was fishing at a dock on Weems Drive and didn’t return. Moberly police on Friday arrested a 38-year-old man accused of stealing and damaging property.
