Crews are set to start the second phase of a bridge repair project Tuesday night on Highway 63 south of Columbia. MoDOT crews will shift their work over the Bonne Femme Creek by closing the passing lane of the highway and reopening the driving lane. The shift is set to happen during the overnight hours.
