Police departments reminding residents of city fireworks ordinances

With the Fourth of July holiday approaching, mid-Missouri police departments are reminding residents where they can and can’t set off fireworks. FEMA approves nearly $9 million for flood survivors, $35 million for insurance

On Friday, the Missouri Department of Public Safety announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, had approved $8.9 million in assistance grants for survivors of Missouri’s spring flooding and nearly 1,400 applicants for assistance.
