Multiple people arrested in Mid-Missouri, accused of breaking Halloween sex offender rules

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Multiple people were arrested in Mid-Missouri on Tuesday on suspicion of not complying with sex-offender Halloween restrictions.
