Flood Warning issued May 18 at 1:52PM CDT until May 21 at 8:00AM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has
issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri…

Lamine River near Otterville affecting Cooper County.

Moniteau Creek near Fayette affecting Howard County.

Petite Saline Creek near Boonville affecting Cooper County.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Lamine River near Otterville.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 2.7 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tonight to a crest of 20.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then
fall below flood stage Wednesday morning.
– Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
