Missouri.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions and near blizzard
conditions with visibility reduced at times to a quarter mile
while snowing. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
