Warning.
* AFFECTED AREA…Portions of central, east central, northeast, south
central, and southeast Missouri.
* TIMING…From noon to 8 PM CST Thursday.
* WINDS…Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…Relative Humidity between 22 to 30 percent.
* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
