south central, southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN…From midnight Friday Night to noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 14 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will likely be ongoing at this time
which will add to the safety threat if vehicles become stranded.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
