Meghan Drakas

Meghan Drakas was promoted to evening anchor at ABC 17 News in August 2023.

During her time at the KMIZ, Meghan has held a few positions including multimedia journalist and weekday morning anchor.

She joined ABC 17 News in January 2021 and calls the Philadelphia suburbs home.

She graduated from Penn State University in May 2020 with a journalism degree and minors in sociology and digital media trends and analytics.

Meghan is a big fan of traveling and her favorite place is London. She loves dogs and misses her 6-year-old yellow lab, Tucker, who is back at home with her family.
