Explosion at Audrain County welding building
We have confirmed an explosion at an Audrain County welding business.
ABC 17 spoke with a Martinsburg city spokeswoman who confirmed the explosion and fire. The fire was reported at Fennewald Custom Welding Inc. located at 105 W. Jefferson St. in Martinsburg. Authorities say the explosion was reported around 1 p.m.
Audrain County Sheriff deputies are on scene at Fennewald Custom Welding. Audrain Deputies are being assisted by Wellsville Fire Department, Montgomery City Fire Department and the Little Dixie Fire Protection District. Authorities have blocked off Jefferson Street in front of the building.
