Auxvasse couple indicted by Callaway County Grand Jury

An Auxvasse couple was indicted Thursday by the Callaway County grand jury.

Rachel Ferguson was indicted on three felony counts of child abuse and William Ferguson was indicted on one felony count of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.

The charges come following an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the State of Missouri Children’s Division. The investigation reportedly began in November 2018.

Rachel and William Ferguson both posted bond.
