Lake Ozark man killed in single-car crash in Cole County

Claude Davidson, 86, of Lake Ozark, was killed in a single-car crash Saturday in Cole County.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports, Davidson was driving eastbound on U.S. Route 54 when he traveled off the right side of the road and hit a ditch.

Cole County emergency medical services transported Davidson to University Hospital in Columbia where he was pronounced dead.

This is the third fatality for Troop F in February and the eighth of 2019.
