KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Kansas City Royals avoided the series sweep against the Tigers Sunday with a 4-0 home victory.

At the plate, Nick Pratto and Michael Massey both drove in a run and Drew Waters led things with two RBI's.
