Paramedic accused of stealing medications sentenced in Randolph County
A Randolph County Ambulance District paramedic accused of stealing medications from patients has been sentenced.
Richelle R. Grapes, of Moberly, has been ordered by a judge to spend 120 days in jail and to complete a drug treatment program.
Grapes was also placed on five years of probation after the judge suspended her sentence.
Prosecutors charged Grapes last year with two counts of second-degree burglary, stealing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
According to court documents, Grapes stole prescription medications from two people while she worked for the ambulance district in 2017.
