Maries County man accused of sex crimes against minor
A Maries County man faces charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a minor.
Prosecutors have charged Shad Lincoln, 45, of St. James, with three counts of first-degree statutory rape, three counts of first-degree statutory sodomy and one count of furnishing pornographic material.
According to the Maries County Sheriff’s Office, detectives found allegations made against Lincoln by a minor on Monday were credible.
Lincoln is being held in the Maries County Jail on no bond.
