Columbia roads become slick Tuesday morning

Roads conditions in Columbia were slippery Tuesday morning after a light drizzle and some flurries started to cover roads.

Temperatures will remain right around freezing Tuesday, meaning drivers could see some icy spots on the roads.

MoDOT Tweeted, saying roads could refreeze because they are so wet.

⚠️REFREEZE ALERT: Some areas of the state could see snow, freezing rain or rain overnight tonight. ❄️
