One hurt after slide off on St. Charles Road

One person was tranported to the hospital with minor injuries after a car slid off into a pole at E St. Charles Road and Demaret Drive.

According to Boone County Fire Department officials, the car slid into a curb, then into a pole at approximately 7:45 a.m. Tuesday. The scene was cleared by 8:15 a.m.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
