Cole County man arrested after weeks-long burglary investigation
A Cole County man has been accused of burglary and stealing after a weeks-long investigation.
Callaway County deputies arrested Christopher Hay, 30, after the investigation led them to find out he was allegedly involved in a residential burglary back in November.
The investigation lasted through December and into January. On Friday, deputies located stolen property associated with Hay near New Bloomfield. The property had been stolen out of Miller County.
The Cole and Miller County Sheriff’s Offices assisted in the joint investigation.
