A judge sentenced a man to prison Friday for his role in a deadly shooting in Pettis County last year.

According to online court records, Ronald Cage was sentenced to 34 years in prison.

The victim, Leon Hinckley, was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside of a home at the Sunset Village trailer park in August 2017. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

In September, Cage pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.

The other defendant in the case, Branden Hendren, was sentenced to 42 years in prison after pleading guilty in November.
