When crews arrived at the scene, they reportedly saw fire inside the house on the floor.
Crews said they quickly extinguished most of the fire before heading inside the home to extinguish the remnants. Firefighters said no one was inside when they walked through the home.
Officials said the homeowner wasn’t home, but was reportedly seen in the area, and couldn’t be found at the time.
There was minimal fire and smoke damage, officials said.
