Columbia woman accused of shooting significant other
Boone County deputies arrested Tiffany Fountain, 36, after they said she shot a man Saturday night around 9:30.
Detective Tom O’Sullivan said deputies were called out to the 800 block of N Wester Lane after a neighbor reporting hearing a loud argument and what they thought was a gunshot.
When they arrived, authorities found the victim sitting in a truck with a bullet wound to the chest.
O’Sullivan said he didn’t know the extent of the man’s injuries.
Fountain is facing three charges: armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated,
