Water line break causes Jefferson City High School dismissal

Jefferson City High School dismissed early Thursday because of a broken water line.

The Jefferson City school district posted on Twitter that water had to be shut off after a line broke on a unoccupied lower level of the school. The school dismissed at 1:30 p.m. The early dismissal does not apply to other schools.

ATTN: Due to a water line break within a non-occupied lower level of JCHS – which has required the water to be shut off – JCHS will be dismissing today at 1:30pm.
