Quaker to build window factory in Eldon
A window manufacturer said Thursday that it plans to create 300 full-time jobs in Eldon.
Quaker Window Products Co. plans to expand to the Miller County town of about 4,500 people, investing up to $65 million over the next six to 10 years, the Missouri Department of Economic Development said in a news release.
The company has its corporate offices and window and door manufacturing facilities in Freeburg, Missouri. Quaker will purchase more than 100 acres in Eldon for the construction of a 200,000-square-foot factory, according to the release. Construction will start this fall.
