Two injured in Highway 94 crash

Two people were injured after a crash on Highway 94 Tuesday morning.

The crash happened on Highway 94 near the Missouri River Bridge in Jefferson City as one vehicle was traveling westbound and crossed the center line and crashed head on with another vehicle.

Emergency crews shut down the road Tuesday morning after the crash.

Traffic was diverted while the highway was closed.

Zachary Fewins and Larry Rockers were both extricated from their vehicles and transported from the scene to University Hospital in Columbia.

The drivers were not wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
