Tracking a comfortable night and weekend scattered storms

Tonight: Skies remain clear overnight with temperatures cooling to the upper 60's. Winds begin out of the northeast and slow switch from the southeast at around 5 mph.

Tomorrow: Skies remain mostly sunny as temperatures increase above Wednesday's highs into the mid-90's. Winds remain out of the south at 5-10 mph as conditions remain dry.

Extended: The current high pressure system allowing Mid-Missouri to stay dry and warm will slowly begin to diminish approaching Friday allowing for multiple low pressure systems to push through this weekend. Friday will be the first day of seeing scattered showers and storms. Due to a lack of moisture in the lower Jetstream, this additional rainfall will not total to much. Chances increase for more scattered showers and storms heading into Saturday and Sunday as highs remain into the lower 90's with increased humidity. Next week looks to warm up with highs returning into the mid-90's once again.
