Car-carrying trailer catches fire at I-70 rest area

A trailer carrying several vehicles caught fire on Friday afternoon while parked at a rest area off I-70 in Montgomery County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol tweeted video and pictures from the scene.

According to Troop F, the vehicle caught fire after the driver shut off the engine and went inside.

Authorities said no one was hurt, but the truck and several cars were a total loss.
