Arrest made in Break Time theft

The Boone County Sheriff’s Department arrested Nicholas Clark after he allegedly stole about 30 items from a Break Time in Columbia.

According to court documents, a deputy was called to the Break Time at Highway AB in Columbia Sunday in response to a suspicious person. When he arrived on scene, he found Clark sitting next to the building, and when the deputy approached him, Clark fled on foot.
