Nice weekend continues on Sunday
TODAY: A mix of sun and clouds to start out Sunday morning will give way to partly cloudy skies by this afternoon. Temperatures today will be nearly identical to what we saw yesterday–topping out in the upper 80s to near 90. We’ll see more breezy conditions as well with gusts up to 20 mph. That wind out of the north, will help reinforce this drier air mass.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies settle in once again in Mid-Missouri tonight, allowing us to cool off into the middle 60s for overnight lows once again. Winds will continue to be breezy out of the north at times overnight.
EXTENDED: This beautiful stretch of weather will continue into the work week as well. Temperatures will be similar to what we have seen this weekend, warming to the upper 80s in the afternoons. Overnight lows will remain nearly the same as well, dipping to the middle 60s. Wednesday looks to be the warmest day of the week, as we may see more widespread 90 degree highs. Cold front is slated to enter the region toward the end of the week, bringing the return of showers and thunderstorms.
