Callaway County Sheriff’s Office confirms body of Jerry Kinman found
UPDATE: The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office confirms the body was identified as Jerry Kinman.
UPDATE: The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office confirms the death investigation is happening in the 1900 block of County Road 228. Sheriff Clay Chism said a volunteer searcher found a body on land owned by the Missouri Department of Conservation. The Sheriff’s Office was called at 6:42 p.m. No foul play is suspected.
Sheriff Chism is holding a press conference at 9:45 p.m.

Sheriff Clay Chism confirmed the scene is on County Road 228, but was unable to release additional information.
ABC 17 News has been covering ongoing search efforts by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri Department of Conservation and volunteers to find a man who was reported missing over the weekend.
At this time, authorities have not confirmed if Tuesday night’s death investigation is related to the search for Jerry Kinman.
