Three dead after head-on crash in Audrain County

Three people are dead after a head-on crash in Audrain County Thursday afternoon.

The crash report said it happened at 2 p.m. on US 54 two miles south of Laddonia.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Kierra Glispie was trying to pass a semi-truck when she struck another vehicle head-on.

Glispie’s passenger, 18-year-old Kyreoin Glispie, was killed in the crash. Both the driver and passenger in the other car, 75-year-old Douglas Turner and 72-year-old Helen Turner, were also killed.

According to the crash report, neither Kierra Glispie nor Kyreoin Glispie were wearing seatbelts.

Kierra Glispie was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
