Request filed to change mitigation specialist in Serrano case

A request was filed Thursday to change the mitigation specialist in the Pablo Serrano case.

Serrano was charged with murder in Montgomery County after allegedly killing four people in Kansas City, Kansas, before killing Randy Normann in Montgomery County in March 2016.

The mitigation specialist is requested to be changed from Kristina Bishop to Laura Tansey.
