Police investigating robbery at Merchants and Farmers Bank, suspect at large
According to the Columbia Police Department, officers are investigating a robbery at Merchants and Farmers Bank on Rangeline Street.
Police said the suspect retrieved an undisclosed amount of money before escaping the area on foot. Officers, detectives, and troopers are searching the area and asking the public for help.
The suspect is a white man who walked into the bank and displayed a gun.
